Welcome to Aeries Internet Registration (AIR) Enrollment

AIR Enrollment is the first step in enrolling a new student at OCSA and must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. All sections of the online form must be filled out accurately, as the information provided creates the student's permanent school record.

Important Guidelines When Completing AIR

  • Create a login ID: This is a one time only ID. It will not be used again after the enrollment process
  • Year to Enroll: Select "2025-2026, Pre-Enrollment"
  • Use Full Legal Names: Use full legal names for the student and parents/guardians (matching birth certificate, passport, or U.S. visa). Court-ordered name changes require documentation.
  • Nicknames: Enter only if it's the student's preferred name, as it will appear on class roster.
  • Student Email: Provide the student's personal email, not the parent's.
  • Phone Numbers: Include all parent/student/emergency contact numbers (home, cell, office).
  • Emergency Contacts: Must be someone other than the parents; consider an out-of state contact
  • Language Fluency: If not originally designated as "English Only", select the correct designation under Supplemental Questions (IFEP, RFEP, EL) or leave it blank if unsure.
  • Previous Schools: List all schools attended (name and district), including out-of-state, private, and homeschool, to ensure records are requested properly.
  • Formatting: Use proper capitalization and abbreviations, as data transfers directly into the student's permanent record.

  • AIR enrollment takes approximately 20-30 minutes. You may log in and out as needed.

  • Click "Enroll A New Student" to begin.
  • To review or reprint previous enrollments, click "Login". 

 

Once submitted, changes cannot be made in AIR. Updates can be made in July through Aeries Parent Portal Data Confirmation process or in August during on-campus registration.
